We begin with a calm, in-depth conversation about your pain, health history, and lifestyle so we fully understand what you’ve been dealing with. Next comes a physical assessment, checking your posture, movement,

and any areas of tension that may be contributing to your discomfort. You’ll receive a clear explanation of what’s happening in your body,

why it’s causing pain, and how we plan to treat it. Treatment is hands-on, safe, tailored to your needs, and never rushed. After answering your questions and addressing any concerns, you’ll leave with

a clear understanding of what comes next and how we’ll move forward together.

That depends on the cause of your pain but here's what Elliot will do: In your first session, Elliot will take time to understand your health history, examine what’s actually going on in your body, and explain what's causing the pain you feel. Whether it’s a one-off fix or a longer plan, you’ll walk away with clarity and a clear path forward.

A full 60-minute session. That includes a full consultation, medical history review, movement assessment, hands-on treatment, and a plan for what comes next, whether that’s another session or steps you can take at home. You’re not just paying for time. You’re paying for someone who actually listens and is fully focused on finding the real solution to your pain.
